Francis is a Graduate Member of the Ghana Institute of Safety & Environmental Professionals
(GHISEP) and a member of the Seven Member Trustees of the Akyem Kotoku Education Trust Fund.

management, health, and safety, monitoring and evaluation (M & E) at tertiary level. An influential,
tenacious, and results driven facilities management specialist with huge knowledge in safety, health,
and environmental management.
Francis has over 20+ years of progressive over 20 + experience. Enjoying managerial roles in a
dynamic and fast-paced environment. Demonstrating the ability to solve administration related
challenges (finance, procurement, facilities, safety, human resources, logistics etc.). Very
knowledgeable in the ISO 14001 and 9001 series, OSHAS 18001 Standards, the UN Compacts and
many other international standards. Francis’ knowledge in construction and project management
coupled with health, safety, and environmental practices have been the principal factors for his
successful carrier in the facilities and property management profession. He has the ability to
communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Awareness of technological advancement in
facilities and property (building services, construction, mechanical, electronics and electrical
systems, transportation) including the use of modern tools and equipment; great understanding in
procurement and contract administration.
A good knowledge in the use of common desktop and project management software; ability to
correctly interpret and assess difficult situations, test results and provide the necessary remedial
actions; demonstrate initiatives and willingness to learn new skills. Good leadership and interpersonal
skills; good contractual and negotiation skill and ability to work in multi-cultural, multi-ethnic
environments with sensitivity and respect for diversity and gender.
